Eliminate Telco Complexity and Become Seamless | Valdyr

Remove complexity Become seamless

Scale should make your telecom operator faster. Instead every change costs a business case, a roadmap slot and a year. Seamless OS removes that tax — so millions of subscribers move as easily as your first thousand, run by AI rather than headcount.

The change tax is the hidden cost of change.

Operators face a change tax: every commercial move — a new offer, a price change, a bundle — becomes a technical project that is too slow, too expensive, too risky or too vendor-dependent.

See if your operator is paying the change tax

Three problems. One solution.

Too costly to run, too slow to change, too risky to leave. Seamless OS solves all three — and guides you through the migration, every step of the way.

  • Fund growth

Reduce manual work, support burden, change requests and cost to serve — freeing budget and team capacity to drive growth.

This is Seamless OS

Everything it takes to run an operator — offers, billing, provisioning and customer journeys in one place. The operating system that turns a telco into an AI-native business.

Telecom software is collapsing. AI generates in hours what took quarters. Seamless OS is the single execution layer that remains.

We built an operator first.

We built and ran an operator ourselves — a fully digital one, from the ground up, automating everything from onboarding to billing.

Everything we learned running it is now in Seamless OS.

Questions operators ask

Short answers first. The long ones are a click away.

What is Seamless OS?

Seamless OS is a cloud-native operating layer for telecom operators. It covers customer management, billing, provisioning, product configuration and partner integrations in one platform, built on a decade of running a fully digital operator. Operators launch, migrate and scale without a change request for every move.

Who is Seamless OS for?

Mobile network operators, MVNOs, MVNEs, ISPs and brands adding connectivity to an existing product. It fits a new digital brand launching its first plan as well as an established operator moving millions of subscribers off a legacy stack.

How long does a launch or migration take?

A new brand can launch in as few as three weeks using existing network and ecosystem integrations. An established operator migrating from a legacy platform is usually live in under three months, through a structured, rehearsed cutover.

Can we migrate from another BSS/OSS or MVNO platform?

Yes. Valdyr runs the migration end to end, including subscriber and billing data, network partner integrations and rehearsal runs before cutover. In most cases customers do not notice the move; any planned service window is agreed in advance.

Is Seamless OS cloud-native, and can we keep our partners?

Yes on both counts. Seamless OS runs on secure cloud infrastructure with a choice of hosting region, and it integrates with your existing network, payment, identity and logistics partners. Partners not yet integrated are added during implementation.

How is Seamless OS priced?

Three parts. A one-time implementation fee sized to the scope, tiered subscriber-based pricing where the price per subscriber falls as you grow, and optional modules or support packages. A minimum monthly platform licence applies until subscriber volume exceeds it.
